Features of Nurse Call System


1. Nurse Station Calls the System
(1) The System calls the individual patient bed. The two-way handsfree conversation
(2) Automatically call back in priority sequence
(3) Handsfree or hand held conversation.
(4) The normal Emergency sound to be rung and the patient bed to be displayed if the call was from the patient bed
(5) The severe Emergency sound to be rung and the patient bed to be displayed if the call was from the lavatory
(6) The system at the nurse Station will inform the nurse in moving about the patient bed number


2. Emergency Call from the Patient Bed
(1) Press the Emergency Button or Pull the Extension Rope

➢The Indicator of the Headboard Call Intercom ON

➢The LED Door Indicator Light ON

➢The System send the emergent sound to the Phone Station at the Nurse Station.

➢The Corridor Display shows the calling ward and bed number

➢The mobile Phone of the nurse in moving will be rung and shows the calling ward and patient bed number

➢The display monitor shows the status of the calling patient’s bed and treating time


(2) Handsfree or hand held conversation between the patient bed and nurse station
(3) Programmable setting for releasing the emergency button only at the calling place
(4) The system will record all information about the calling time, the releasing time and the nurse code


3. Lavatory Emergency Help Button
(1) Indicator on Emergency Button ON

➢Door Indicator Light ON

➢Station at Nurse Station RING

➢LED Corridor Display shows the Ward and the bed number

➢The mobile Phone of the Patrol nurse displays the status of the calling patient

➢The display monitor shows the status of the calling patient’s bed and treating time


(2) The Nurse Station instructed the nurse to be attendant
(3) Must go to the Station to press the cancel button
(4) The system will record all information about the calling time, the releasing time and the nurse code.


4. Management Information Record
(1) Record the calling time from the patient
(2) Record the time duration between the patient and the nurse
(3) Record the time when the nurse being attendant
(4) Record the nurse’s performance.
(5) Keep all true records on PC and avoid the medical dispute.

The name can be stored in the phone book for easy identification and prevent from the unnecessary mistakes





Nurse and Emergency call function


When more than one nurse or emergency call is on calling, the PC console will rotating constant display and priority flashing display (including warning tone).
The nurse call and the emergency call can be clearly distinguished by the ringing tone, and the volume and ringing tone can be adjusted
The emergency call requires a secure design for on-site recovery. If it is not processed beyond a certain time, the call will be initiated again until the emergency call is cancelled





Patrol Medical Service Function


The Patrol Medical Service Function can be activated on WiFi Phone to realize the condition of the called patient
The others at the Nurse Station can know the ward number where the treatment is taking from the Phone Console Indicator or the Door Indictor Light.
